2010.01.22 Japanese and Taiwanese professors meet again at the Joint Workshop in Taipei
Waseda Ambient Global COE and NTU sponcered the NTU-Waseda joint workshop on January 22, 2010 at the main campus of National Taiwan University, Taipei, inviting four lecturers from Japan, three from USA and four from Taiwan in the field of computer science and electric engineering to discuss mainly on LSI Design and CAD.

The Fifth Global COE International Symposium on Ambient SoC was held on September 26, 2009 at Nishiwaseda Campus in Waseda University, Tokyo, to discuss "Software Technologies and its Srvices for Ambient SoC".

2009.06.08 3rd Appearance of Prof. Nishi for NT Researchers
Ambient Global COE Workshop by Professor Nishi, Stanford University was held on June 08, 2009 in the Nishiwaseda campus of Waseda University.This was the third time we had taken a lesson from him as part of a series of special lectures on "Recent Progress in Nanoelectronic Devices and Materials".

2009.05.29 4th Ambient Global COE International Symposium
The fourth Global COE International Symposium on Ambient SoC titled as "Past, Present and Future of Semiconductor Technology" was held on May 29, 2009 in the International Conference Center at Waseda University, Tokyo, inviting World-class research leaders, working at the frontiers of semiconductor technology including Dr. Odomari, professor emeritus at Waseda University to give us insight of the field and duscuss strategies for the future.

2010.03.18 International Symposium on Nano-Micro Multi-Functional Devices
Academic Consortium for Nano and Micro Fabrication of four Universities, Keio University, Waseda University, Tokyo Institute of Technology and The University of Tokyo, will hold an international symposium toward research collaboration in the field of basic techniques and industrial application technologies related to the "Extended nano-space," where the invited lectures will give the state-of-the-art technology and strategy of researches in nano-micro multi-functional devices.
